Shipping policy

Because we always care about our customers’ satisfaction and want you to love what you ordered here’s how the process works. 

-Inspection is available upon delivery in all cases.

-Orders take 2-5 business days to be delivered after confirming the order .

-Exchanges and refunds are accepted without any shipping fees if:

The item is faulty or incorrect size or color.

-Exchanges and refunds are accepted with shipping fees if:

The item is returned in it’s original unworn, unscented and unused condition and has all the tags on it.
Refunds can only be issued through Instapay and no cash refunds.
The exchange or refund request must be made within 5 days after receiving the order.

-For those who make the online payment
the order is confirmed after the payment is processed
(sending a screenshot to the Instagram DM is a must).
